Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-06-23

Papercave respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect

Account info from Sign in with Apple or Google (your name and email — with Apple you may hide your email).

Listings you create (name, description, price, location, photos), and photos you upload from your library or camera.

Your device location, to show you on the map and homes near you.

LiDAR room scans you choose to capture, used to render the home in 3D.

How we use it

To run the app: authenticate you, show the map, let you create and browse listings, and render scanned homes in 3D.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

What others can see

Listings you publish — including their name, details, photos, and location — are shown publicly to other users on the map.

Third parties

We use Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In to authenticate you; they receive only what is needed to sign you in.

Your data is stored on our own servers and object storage and is not shared for advertising.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data until you delete your account.

You can delete your account anytime in the app (Profile › Settings › Delete Account), which permanently removes your account and all your listings, photos, favorites, and scans.

Your choices

You can decline location access, remove photos and listings at any time, and delete your account to remove everything.
