Eligibility and account

You must be able to form a binding contract to use Papercave. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

User content and zero tolerance

You are solely responsible for the listings, photos, scans, and text you publish. You must hold the rights to everything you upload.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Hateful, harassing, fraudulent, sexual, or otherwise illegal content is prohibited.

You can report a listing or block a user from inside the app. We review reports and may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings, scrape the service, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Listings and direct dealing

Papercave connects owners and renters directly and is not a party to any rental agreement between users. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the conduct of users.

Account deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the app, which permanently removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Papercave is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
